Partnerships help spread the message that the library supports lifelong learning, jobs and quality of life — and produce tangible benefits for all partners.
Ellen Miller's own personal role as a local and state trustee has resulted in her advocating partnerships nationally — and given her a unique perspective when it comes to meeting client needs.
